Cancel Your MYOB Connection

Follow this guide to safely disconnect your MYOB integration while preserving all your MinuteDock data.

You can disconnect your MYOB integration at any time. Your Time Entries, Contacts, and all historical data remain safe in MinuteDock—only the connection between the two systems stops.

Before You Disconnect

Disconnecting your MYOB integration will change how MinuteDock and MYOB work together. Here's what to expect:

What stops working:

  • Automatic Contact sync from MYOB to MinuteDock

  • Sending new Invoices to MYOB

  • Any automatic data exchange between the systems

What stays the same:

  • All your Time Entries remain in MinuteDock

  • Your Contacts stay in MinuteDock (they just won't sync anymore)

  • Previously sent Invoices remain in MYOB

  • Your MinuteDock Account continues working normally

Important: If you have Work in Progress in Draft Invoices, consider sending those Invoices to MYOB before disconnecting.

Disconnect from MYOB

Disconnecting takes just a few clicks:

  1. Click the MYOB link in the top navigation bar of any MinuteDock screen

  2. Click the Cancel MYOB Connection button

  3. Confirm when prompted

Success: That's it—your MYOB integration is now disconnected. MinuteDock won't communicate with MYOB until you reconnect.

After Disconnecting

Your MinuteDock Account continues working normally for time tracking and reporting. You just won't have the MYOB-specific features:

  • Time tracking continues: Keep using the Dock, logging Time Entries, and managing your Timesheet as usual

  • Contacts remain: All your Contacts stay in MinuteDock, ready to track time against

  • Reports work normally: Generate Reports for your Team, Contacts, and Projects

  • Manual invoicing available: You can still create Invoices in MinuteDock (you'll need to manually enter them in MYOB if needed)

💡Tip: Want to reconnect later? You can set up the MYOB integration again anytime.
