How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your MinuteDock subscription at any time from your Account settings.
To cancel:
Go to the Account screen (top right corner while logged in)
Click Billing and Payment
Select Cancel Current Plan
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have full access to MinuteDock until that date.
What Happens to Your Data
During the Remainder of Your Billing Period
After you cancel, you'll continue to have full access to MinuteDock until the end of your current billing period. You can:
Track time
View and edit Time Entries
Generate Reports
Create Invoices
Export your data
Nothing changes until your subscription expires.
After Your Subscription Ends
Once your subscription expires, you won't be able to log in or access your MinuteDock account. However, your data is safely retained and will be available again if you choose to resubscribe.
We recommend exporting any important data before your subscription ends if you think you'll need access to it while your account is inactive.
Exporting Your Data Before Cancellation
Before cancelling, we recommend exporting any data you might need. You can export:
Time Entries:
Go to the Reports screen
Use the Filter options to select the time period and criteria you want
Click Export to download a CSV file of your time data
Invoices:
Go to the Invoices screen
Click Export to download a summary of all your invoices
You can also view and export individual invoices by clicking on them
If you use an accounting integration (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, FreshBooks, or Wave), all invoices sent to your accounting software will remain available there. Cancelling MinuteDock won't affect invoices already in your accounting system, so exporting from MinuteDock may not be necessary.
⚠️ Warning: Once your subscription ends, you won't be able to access MinuteDock to export data. Make sure to export anything you need before your subscription expires.
Reactivating a Cancelled Account
Changed your mind? You can reactivate your MinuteDock account at any time.
Your data is safely stored and will be available when you resubscribe — there's no time limit on reactivation.
To reactivate:
Go to minutedock.com and log in with your existing credentials
You'll be directed to the billing and subscription page
Select your plan and add your payment details
Your account and all your data will be immediately available again
