Data security & hosting

Where your data is stored: Our data is securely hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. AWS maintains industry-leading security standards and infrastructure.

Security measures: We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Where is my data stored?

MinuteDock is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. You can see the third-party services we rely on to run MinuteDock in our Subprocessors list.

Does MinuteDock support GDPR?

We provide a Privacy Policy and a Data Processing Addendum that set out how personal data is handled for UK and EU users.

Do you have a Data Processing Addendum (DPA)?

Our standard DPA is published at minutedock.com/legal/dpa and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Who are your subprocessors and third-party providers?

The third-party services we use to operate MinuteDock are listed on our Subprocessors page.

How does MinuteDock use my data?

Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and the circumstances in which it may be shared.

Can I export my data?

You can export your Contacts, Projects, Tasks, Time Entries, and Invoices as CSV files. See Exporting Data from MinuteDock for the steps.

How do I delete my data or close my account?

What happens to your data when you cancel is covered in Cancelling Your MinuteDock Account and our Privacy Policy. To request deletion of personal data, email team@minutedock.com.

How do I make a data protection request?

To make a request such as access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, email team@minutedock.com with the details of your request.

Can you complete a security or vendor due diligence questionnaire?

The information needed for vendor security and data-protection assessments is already covered in our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Subprocessors list, and Terms of Service.
