We've made some more updates to the general look & feel of MinuteDock as part of some exciting changes that we're currently working hard on behind the scenes.

Now when you remove line items from an invoice, you can choose whether you write it off, or invoice it later.
Now you can set your budgets to be recurring on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly basis. To edit your budget, just head to your Contact or Projects settings.
We've added support for syncing the reference field from projects to your invoices. This works for Xero & QuickBooks. Set a reference for your project and this will automatically populate the reference field on your invoice.
We've updated our hourly rate system from the back-end so that you can archive your historic billing rates. We haven't exposed it in the UI yet, but it will come in a later update.
If you do need to keep the old billing rates around for your own reporting purposes we can archive the rates for you. Get in touch with us support@minutedock.com
We’ve added a new grouping option for your invoices, for those of you who’d like to combine all your time entries into one – just click ‘summary’ in the grouping option! Perfect for minimalists.
Now you can run reports straight from your contact/project/task or goal. You may have noticed that we've added a shiny new button to help you run reports faster and easier. It’ll take you straight to the report for that specific contact/project/task/goal.

Track expenses for a particular contact or project, and invoice them. You can create items to make entering common expenses faster, or you can enter a one-off amount to bill a client.
We’re still working on this but if you’d like to try out our new Expenses feature while it’s in beta just send an email to support@minutedock.com and we'll get you set up.
We’re chuffed to announce that we now integrate with MYOB! Once you connect your accounts, we'll automatically sync across your clients from MYOB, so you can start tracking your time straight away and send it on to MYOB to bill your clients.
