  • Who can apply for this?

    Our partner program is for accountants, bookkeepers, software integrators, or anyone who recommends or sets up software for clients as part of their normal business.

  • How does support work?

    We provide free customer support via email. We aim to resolve any questions or issues within 24 hours, and partners get priority support. We can also book in a time for a phone or video conversation when needed.

  • How does billing work?

    Set client accounts to bill normally via the client's credit card (they will get your discount), or we can bill your firm directly at the most appropriate plan for each account. We bill partners on the 1st of each month in a single invoice.

  • What happens after a client's trial?

    The client can add their own credit card, or you can place the account on your partner bill. You can put a client on your partner bill at any time from your partner dashboard.

  • How does the advisor role work?

    As a partner you and your staff can access client accounts straight from your partner dashboard. This allows you to setup details, run reports, generate invoices, connect integrations, etc. There is no additional charge to the account for this.

  • What training opportunities are there?

    We offer free online training to partners in a webinar format. We also have in depth knowledge base and guides on our help center, and are available to answer any questions.

  • What can I charge clients for this?

    It's up to you what you charge MinuteDock at to the customer at. Many of our partners offer value-add services and bundle MinuteDock in to their standard fee.

  • What payment options are available?

    At this time we are only able to take VISA or MasterCard payment. We plan to offer Direct Debit payments for partners in AU/NZ/UK, and ACH payments for partners USA/CA in the coming months.

  • Are there any setup fees?

    There are no costs to join the partner program!
