These are Harvest’s advertised prices per seat. On Teams and Enterprise, usage charges come on top.

More client work can mean a higher Harvest bill
On Flex, projects, tasks, clients and amount invoiced each have their own allowance. Go over more than one and the fees stack on top of your seat charges.
So winning more client work can raise your Harvest bill, even when your team stays the same size.
Harvest’s Flex usage bands, billed monthly
Projects and tasks count when you track hours against them. Clients count when you track hours or create invoices for them.
Amount invoiced includes drafts and leaves out invoices processed through Stripe or PayPal. There’s no separate fee per invoice.

- How much does Harvest cost?
On monthly billing, Teams is $11 per user a month and Enterprise is $17.50. Usage charges for active projects, tasks, clients and amount invoiced come on top, so most teams pay more than the seat price. Enterprise Plus is custom-priced.
- Is Harvest free?
Only for very small use. The Free plan covers one person and up to two active projects. Add a second person or a third project and you need a paid plan, which brings usage charges.
- What are Harvest’s usage fees?
Monthly charges for each meter above its allowance: more than 7 projects, 5 tasks or 5 clients with time tracked, or more than $2,000 invoiced. Each meter costs $20 to $960 a month on Flex, and the charges stack. Unlimited swaps them for one fixed fee. See the bands.
- Why did my Harvest bill go up?
Teams and Enterprise now charge for usage as well as seats, based on the previous billing period. New accounts start paying usage charges at their second paid renewal. Settings → Billing → My usage billing shows what you’re charged for.
- How is MinuteDock priced differently?
By users only. Plans run from US$19 a month for one user to US$99 for ten, with no usage charges and every feature on every plan. There’s no free plan, but you can try it free for 14 days. See plans.
